James has previously worked within the big 4 consulting industry where he worked as part of a penetration testing team providing services for global organisations.

He has engaged with clients across multiple continents, often overcoming language barriers and making certain deliverables are clear and requirements are met.

Delivery
James has a wide range of consulting experience, from large international banks, to small independent boutiques. James currently works as a Penetration Tester within the PTP Technical team executing penetration tests and creating high-level/management/technical reports from the results.

James regularly undertakes the following areas of testing:
• Internal / External infrastructure testing
• Web Application testing
• Wireless testing

These experiences have allowed James to articulate information and results to wide range of audiences from system administrators to non-technical CSO’s. This ensures not only that the information is understood but the potential business impact is also realised.

James is an effective time planner and consistently endeavours to deliver work of the highest quality. James’ communication skills ensure his clients are aware of the types of testing being carried out on their networks and making sure they are kept up to date at all stages throughout tests.
