Speaker Biography: Ken Munro
Ken has been working in IT security for over 15 years. He writes for various newspapers and industry magazines, in an effort to get beyond the unhelpful scaremongering put about by many security vendors.
He works as a Senior Partner at Pen Test Partners LLP, a firm of penetration testers, otherwise known as ethical hackers, who specialise in helping organisations understand and quantify risk to their business.
Ken speaks widely on computer security, and takes great pleasure in highlighting vulnerabilities in software and hardware.
Speaker Biography: Tony Gee
Tony has been working in IT security for over 8 years both as a security consultant at Friends Life and more recently for the technology provider for the world leading Oyster system in London.
Tony speaks widely on computer security and security awareness and takes pleasure in helping staff understand the risks to their online presence and how to respond to the threats to better protect themselves, their family and the business.
Speaker Biography: Chris Pickering
Chris has a military background from the RAF where he held high level clearances, working on radar and military communications.
Following that he worked in data and credit card processing programming and building information systems. Whilst in these roles security was always a passion and his free time was spent researching vulnerabilities and building tools to exploit configuration flaws.
He has years of experience penetration testing and has worked in various areas including government (central and local), military, finance and lots of private sector verticals.
Speaker Biography: Roger Jefferiss
Roger is an expert utilities and SCADA tester who gained his experience as an Application and SCADA Security Manager at EDF Energy. He acquired a near-unique set of skills, born from his responsibility for securing and running real time systems in a major utility.
His experience includes an in depth knowledge of PLC and RTU programming, and the development and testing of serial to IP interfaces. He has sat on the SCSIE and the CPNI industry exchange panels.
