Subject Request
Pen Test Partners LLP have provided the form below to submit subject requests so that we may deal with your request as promptly as possible. The use of this form is voluntary and you are entitled to submit subject requests to us in writing in any form you wish, either by emailing [email protected] or by writing to our office (the address of which is on our contact us page). We do not have a fax machine and we therefore can not receive subject requests via facsimile. Regardless of the method used to submit the subject request we will need to verify your identity before we can process the request. Please read the fraud section below to understand what is required.
Pen Test Partners LLP will contact you upon receipt of the subject request to confirm receipt and to make arrangements to verify your identity.
Pen Test Partners LLP understands that under Article 12 of the General Data Protection Regulation we must reply to your request within 30 days of receipt of the request.
All information submitted to Pen Test Partners LLP will be stored for one year from the date the request is submitted, at which point it will automatically be removed from our systems.
