We are sponsoring, and Andrew Tierney will be presenting at the pre-summit workshop: Following dead ends at machine speed using AI

Reverse engineering isn’t about reading code. It’s about following dead ends. You chase a lead, it collapses, you back up and chase another.

As my brain gets more rotten, I find I’m following more and more dead ends. I needed a solution to that, and it turns out the machines are rather good at the bit I’m getting slower at.

I’ll show how I use AI agents to reverse firmware, protocols and binaries, chasing ten leads where by hand I’d have had time for one. Real findings on real engagements. Then the honest part. It often follows a lead far too long, digging itself into a rabbit hole. Other times it moves so fast you can’t keep up with it at all. The judgement is still mine, on the occasions I can keep pace.

It doesn’t matter which model you use. The method is the bit you take home.
